It took me a long time to catch up to the chase since Nicole Richie was driving really fast for being in heavy traffic. I was a couple of lights behind when I got the call that she was heading eastbound on Melrose Ave. I was on Crescent Heights heading eastbound and she was already on La Brea Blvd.

There was so much traffic that I decided to take the alleyway all the way. It was a very bumpy drive as you can imagine with all the holes on the road. By the time she got close to Highland Ave., I ran out of alleyways and I had to go to the main road. Guess who was two cars in-front of me now? Yup! I was able to catch up to Nicole and the caravan of paparazzi. Actually, it was only two teams, so I could probably make a lot of money on her picture. Well, she made a right onto Rossmore Ave. and we all followed. The traffic cleared up by then and it was smooth sailing.

After a while she made a U-turn and parked on the street. I got out of my car with my camera ready to fire. She got out of her car and I started the hose down. As she walked towards the apartment complex, I told her, “You’re looking good!” She looked at me and started to smile. Note: Normally we say stuff like that to celebs to get a little reaction, and this time it worked. She was totally smiling.

To tell you the truth, I didn’t see her as skinny as I remember her a few days ago. She was looking healthy. Maybe she is gaining a little weight? Ok… Wait… maybe she still looks a bit skinny. Anyway, she went to visit her BFF, DJ. Samantha Ronson.
