Rachel Stevens Stretches For Veggies!
Feb 7th
I found Rachel Stevens on Robertson Blvd heading southbound. She was being followed by one other paparazzo and there was another paparazzo waiting on the corner gas station.
Well, the follow was on. She made a left on Third St. I was two cars behind her. One paparazzo pulled out from the follow. We ended up following her all the way to Trader Joe’s on Santa Monica.
We missed shots of her going into the store so we decided to go in for a look-see. We both had our long lens and so we needed some distance from her. Once she stretched for the veggies, I was able to knock off a couple of shots, and then I immediately got kicked off the premises.
I ran to my car to get my short lens. I was going to wait by her car. When she came out, she was smiling all the way. After all, she wants the publicity here in America. Yup! I hosed her all the way to her car.

Kristin Cavallari was actually shopping in the same shop that Hayden Panettiere was shopping. I mean, she was also there getting free stuff.
Kristin wanted to be a little more posh on her way out. She actually made her friend go get her car. Once her friend, double parked on Robertson Blvd, Kristin comes out with a bunch of bags. She went shopping at Surly Girl and Paige. She was all smiles.
She actually couldn’t believe all the paparazzi present that she stopped for a second. The Hulk was there and makes a funny. He tells her that we all just started yesterday and that we barely got our cameras yesterday and that we are all learning how to shoot. Well, it made me laugh. I think she laughed too. I need to check the video on that.
Well, she gets into her car and off she went.

I found Hayden Panettiere and Lesly, her mom, shopping, well, getting free stuff at Surly Girl and other stores around the trendy Robertson Blvd.
Upon her exit from the clothing boutique, Hayden’s mom splits from her daughter since she didn’t want to be pictured together with her daughter. Hayden smiled for the camera and told us that she got a free purse and other free stuff.
Then Hayden Panettierre makes a deal with the paparazzi. She says to us, “I will pose for you guys and you guys leave us alone after that.” We agreed.
Everyone takes off and since I was doing video I had to follow the story. I then asked her, “now that everyone is gone, can I get a shot with your mom, it is exclusive?” Hayden replied, “I don’t know if my mom wants a picture.” Her mom then jumps into the conversation and says, “OK, just for you, I will.”

EXCLUSIVE: I Didn’t Find Him In Hawaii, But I Found Him In Los Angeles!

I could say that I somewhat looked for Kelly Slater and Cameron Diaz in Hawaii until I heard that Cameron returned to Los Angeles. Well, I wasn’t expecting to see anyone else out there. On my way back from Hawaii, our flight was delayed for three hours which was cool since I got to spend a few extra hours in Waikiki. My girl and I, along with her family that live out there had time to go to a sit-down restaurant and have a great meal.
We made it back to the airport and we said our goodbyes. We boarded the plane and we took our seat in the coach section of the plane. Five hours later, we get off and head to the baggage claim. It was about 2:00 AM and I was really tired. Then my girl says to me, that guy looks like Kelly Slater. I replied, “He does, doesn’t he?” I have never seen him live so I wasn’t 100% confirmed. Some people started to talk to him and this is when it got confirmed. I mean, how often does anyone get talked to by random people at the airport?
Well, I whipped out my camera and I politely approached him and I said, “I know that we are both tired. I was wondering if I could take a few pictures of you handling your bags and we’ll call it a night.” He said, “I rather not.” I said OK!
So I hosed him.

I Went To Check Out The Lost Set, But I Didn’t See Anyone!
Feb 1st
I was heading with my girl to Waikiki from the North Shore and we decided to check out the Lost set close to the Macadamia Plantation. I could clearly see the signs posted, which said, crew and cast parking, but it said private property.
Well, Lost is being recorded on the Macadamia plantation and I figured the only way to get a real close look at the set was to take the guided tour from the plantation through the set.
I actually had a great time. We got on the bus and it took us around the lost trailers and filmset. Unfortunately, they were not going to be filming until later on that night. So, my girl and I decided to go for a hike to check out the lighthouse.
I forget where it is located. I am always driving lost since she knows where she is going. So, I let her navigate me. Well, it is a hike, where from the top, you can view whales. I only got to see the tail of one. Hey! Tomorrow I am heading back to the north shore. I hope that I could casually see Evangeline Lily and Dominic Monaghan shopping or watching the surfing contest tomorrow at the north shore.
